Home-made Coconut Palm Syrup. Thick, drippy, coco-nutty and caramel-ly.
This Coconut Palm Syrup is a simple recipe. Just 3 main ingredients – palm sugar, water & coconut cream and it comes together on the stove in ~ 30 minutes .
Perfect with pancakes and my mama’s favorite Kee Chang. Easy home-made delicious-ness.
Slather it on pancakes, drizzle on ice cream, a sweet dip with Kee Chang or use it to bake a Putu Piring cake.
Or if you like coconut coffee like me, put it in your cuppa and wake up with a fragrant coco-nutty morning coffee. Even better, whip up an iced coconut coffee frappe and chill on a hot sunny day … the possibilities are endless 😊
3 Simple Steps for this homemade delicious-ness:
Step 1: Dissolve the palm sugar in water and bring to a boil.
Step 2: Add coconut cream and bring to a brisk simmer on low heat。
Step 3: Take off heat, cool completely and chill. Enjoy.
