Thesugarcrumble’s durian mousse cake was simply divine esp since I’m an ardent durian lover. The mousse at the top and bottom just melted in my mouth and the middle layer of cake provided a nice crunch to the texture. The swirl on the cake gave it a classic classy look just as how the cake tasted, a touch of class as the durian flavour melted in its divine aroma in my mouth.

Thank you for the kind feedback. In my household, we fiercely love our durians too. In fact, I just made this durian mousse cake for Mother’s Day. I am so happy you tried and enjoyed it 🙂
